Anal Fistula and Hemorrhoids Diode Laser 1470nm 980nm Hemorrhoids Treatment surgery hemorrhoids treatment fistula lase
Laseev dual 980+1470 - Expert Laser Intrahemorrhoidal Therapy
An effective, minimally invasive and relatively painless treatment of stages 2-4 abnormal hemorrhoids.
Laser energy is delivered via a designated optical fiber into the hemorrhoidal pile and is used to thermally close off the veins nourishing this abnormal growth. The laser energy induces destruction of the venous epithelium, simultaneous obliteration of the hemorrhoidal pile by a shrinkage effect.

Laseev Dual 980nm+1470nm
This highly compact diode laser features the combination of two wavelengths,980 nm and 1470 nm offering a variety of tissue interactions. Each wavelength can be individually selected or blended together to offer the perfect desired tissue effects such as incision, excision, vaporization, hemostasis and coagulation of soft tissue with contact or non-contact delivery options for open and endoscopic procedures. For the first time the clinicians can perform laser surgery selectively, with settings individually tailored to the tissue type and the desired tissue effects and thus corresponding to the therapeutic needs.
Hemorrhoid Surgery with Laser
Hemorrhoids are treated with medications, creams and injections in the first and second stages. Surgery is the most effective treatment for third and fourth stage hemorrhoids. Laser hemorrhoid surgery is one of the newest, safest and most effective treatment methods available today.
High patient satisfaction, less painful and reproducible methods, the possibility of recovery and return to normal life in a short time, the ability to maintain breech tissue at the highest level, and less complications make hemorrhoid surgery preferable with laser.
Depending on the patient's condition, local, general, spinal or epidural anesthesia is used to enter the enlarged hemorrhoid cushions through a thin laser probe and bleed. The probe is then retracted slowly. In the meantime, thermal damage areas are created under the mucosa and sometimes under the anoderm by laser beams of 2-4mm depth and 6-8mm width with high heat properties. In this way, internal hemorrhoids are reduced and fibrotic tissue is formed under the mucosa. In the operation, which lasts an average of 15-20 minutes, the patient is discharged after resting for 2-4 hours. After 1 day, he can return to daily life.
Laser Treatment For Piles, Fissure, Fistula & pilonidal sinus Laser Surgery for haemorrhoids (piles), anal fistulas and pilonidal sinus Laser treatment for Piles, Fissure and Fistula Laser Proctology
Advantages of the laser method Unlike other methods, hemorrhoidoplasty does not require any foreign materials, e.g. rubber bands, staples, threads. It does not require any incisions and sewing. There is no risk of stenosis. The surgery and recovery time is shortened. Patients are not at risk of post-operative pain and can quickly return to their normal activities. •No sutures •No foreign materials •No wounds or bleeding •No pain Why is it worth it? The use of the laser ablation technique is more comfortable both for the patient and the doctor. Benefits for the patient •Painless treatments •No risk of damage to the mucosa and sphincter •Low risk of complications •Reduction of tissue in the hemorrhoidal venous cushions •Outpatient procedure or one-day surgery •Short recovery timeecommend Products
1.Can laser remove hemorrhoids? Hemorrhoid laser procedure (LHP) is a new laser procedure for outpatient treatment of hemorrhoids in which hemorrhoidal arterial flow feeding the hemorrhoidal plexus is stopped by laser coagulation. 2.What is the recovery time for hemorrhoid laser surgery? The procedures are usually 6 to 8 weeks apart. The recovery time for surgical procedures that remove hemorrhoids varies. It can take 1 to 3 weeks to make a full recovery. 3.Is laser hemorrhoid removal painful? Surgery is not recommended for small internal hemorrhoids (unless you also have large internal hemorrhoids or internal and external hemorrhoids). Lasers are often advertised as being a less painful, faster-healing method of removing hemorrhoids.
Lasers in Proctology
Surveys have proven that, according to public opinion, piles or haemorrhoids is probably the most common lifestyle ailment affecting both men and women at any age, especially in today's environment. Most patients are known to avoid surgical treatment because it is painful, time consuming and, worst of all, known to have a high recurrence rate. Many of the patients end up trying expensive alternative treatments but have found no relief, They seek solutions to their problems, mainly information about any bloodless, painless, non-invasive methods to treat their conditions. There is only one such method currently, and that is Laser Surgery. Now the patients are well-informed about the use of laser devices to treat their conditions and almost demand to use the same for their case. This is not a very surprising situation because it means that your patients are eager to lead a better life, free from pain and discomfort. If you really want to help more and more patients step towards a better life, start saying "Yes" to Laser surgery.
Advanced Laser Fistula Ablation
A minimally invasive, sphincter-saving treatment for FistulaIn-Ano management. Laser energy is delivered, via a radial emitting optical fiber, into the anal fistula tract and is used to thermally ablate and close off this abnormal pathway. The laser energy induces destruction of the fistula epithelium and simultaneous obliteration of the remaining fistula tract by a shrinkage effect. The same technique can be used for minimally invasive closure of Pilonidal Sinus cases eliminating the need for open incisions, reducing recovery time, and resulting in no scars and immediate return to activity

1. Which grade of haemorrhoids is suitable for Laser procedure? |
Laser is suitable for haemorrhoids from grade 2 to 4. |
2. Can I pass motion after Laser Haemorrhoids Procedure? |
Yes, you could expect to pass gas and motion as usual after the procedure. |
3. What shall I expect after Laser Haemorrhoids Procedure? |
Post-operation swelling shall be expected. This is a normal phenomenon, due to heat generated by laser from inside of the |
haemorrhoid. Swelling is usually painless, and will subside after a few days. You might be given medication or Sitz-bath to help in reducing the swelling, please do it as per instructions by the doctor/nurse. |
4. How long do I need to lie down on bed for recovery? |
No, you do not need to lie down for long for recovery purpose. You can perform daily activity as usual but keep it at minimal once you've discharged from hospital. Avoid doing any straining activity or exercise such as weight lifting and cycling within the first three weeks after the procedure. |
5. Patients choosing this treatment will benefit from the following advantages: |
Minimal or no pain |
Fast recovery |
No open wounds |
No tissue is being cut off |
Patient can eat and drink the next day |
Patient can expect to pass motion soon after surgery, and usually without pain |
Accurate tissue reduction in the haemorrhoid nodes |
Maximum preservation of continence |
Best possible preservation of sphincter muscle and related structures such as anoderm and mucous |
