Q: How many (real) hours can your laser machine work consecutively?
A- The machine can work continuously for more than 10 hours. When the working time of the machine reaches 10 hours, please leave the machine off and let it rest. Any machine works for too long, the service life will be shortened. And the water in the water tank should be replaced once a month.
Q:After how many spots should the handpiece be changed?
A-The laser bar in the handle is from Coherent company from the USA. High quality. The lifetime of the bar is 50millions shots. It can be used for 5 years. Some customers have used the handle for up to 8 years.
Q:For any problem, how many years is the warranty and what is under the warranty?
If the machine should have problems, who should I contact for maintenance?
A-about our warranty and maintenance:
1. Please check the machine immediately when it arrives at your location. if the machine is damaged (non-human reasons), We will send you a new machine immediately.
2. We will replace the damaged accessories for free during the one-year warranty period. Machines that need to repair can be returned to the factory for free repair. If repaired locally, we will pay for the repair. European customers can choose to go to our Portuguese after-sales service center for repairs.
3. We provide free technical support and guidance for lifetime.
Q:Where do the materials (e.g. pump, filter, etc.) come from?
A-The pump is from Germany, high-lift, big power and low noise.
The filter is from Korea,filter impurities in water, replace regularly every three months.
