Laseev Dual 980nm+1470nmThis highly compact diode laser features the combination of two wavelengths,980 nm and 1470 nm offering a variety of tissue interactions. Each wavelength can be individually selected or blended together to offer the perfect desired tissue effects such as incision, excision,vaporization, hemostasis and coagulation of soft tissue with contact or non-contact delivery options for open and endoscopic procedures. For the first time the clinicians can perform laser surgery selectively, with settings individually tailored to the tissue type and the desired tissue effects and thus corresponding to the therapeutic needs.

Under local anesthesia or general anesthesia, laser energy is delivered by radial fiber directly to hemorrhoidal nodes. The laser energy will destroy hemorrhoidal nodes from the inside, and this will help to protect mucosa and sphincter structure with high accuracy.

Laser beam stops the blood supply nourishing the abnormal growth. The laser energy causes tissue destruction and simultaneously obliterates the piles by shrinkage.

The advantage of using laser compared to conventional surgery is that fibrotic reconstruction makes new connective tissue, which assures that the mucosa adheres to the underlying tissue. This also limits the occurrence or recurrence of a prolapsed.

Pilonidal Sinus Laser Treatment
The Conical Fistula Probe can be used to treat pilonidal sinus cases in a minimally invasive approach.Instead of creating an open incision, leading to a long recovery period, pain, and bleeding, the fiber can be inserted through a small incision to burn the internal cavity and close it, with minimal pain and fast recovery.

The SiLaC laser treatment is usually done while the patient is under general anesthesia and only takes about 10 minutes to perform.
During the SiLaC procedure, the surgeon inserts a tiny flexible laser probe into the inflamed coccyx fistula and as it is pulled back out it safely delivers laser energy in a 360-degree radius causing the sinus cavity to shrink and close. Sometimes it requires two passes to adequately close a badly infected cavity.

The pilonidal cyst treatment  is much less invasive than traditional surgery and also offers:

2. Short time under general anesthesia;

Laser Anal Fissure Treatment 
A fissurectomy by laser is the removal of the fissure. The laser is used to perform internal sphincterotomy. This procedure is almost bloodless and the surgeon has good control over the operation site. Additionally, the chronic fibrosed scar is debrided with the laser. This prevents any long term discomfort and enables a quicker recovery. 

This procedure is so simple , it needs less than five minutes to complete it. It is done without an incision, stitches, or complicated surgery with simple local anesthesia. Most patients are back to their work on the same day and 90% of the pain is immediately gone, the rest of the 10% will need few weeks to disappear once the body forms a good thick skin layer over the fissure. This will assure a healthy and normal anal  canal and prevent the development of further complications down the road.
