High Intensity Diode Laser 980nm/1470nm Proctology Haemorrhoids Cutting Anal Fistula SMA905 Fiber Radial Fiber Treatment Device
Swollen and inflamed veins in the rectum and anus that cause discomfort and bleeding.
Hemorrhoids are usually caused from straining during bowel movements, obesity, or pregnancy.
Discomfort is a common symptom, especially during bowel movements or when sitting. Other symptoms include itching and bleeding.
Under local anesthesia, the laser energy is delivered directly to the hemorrhoidal lymph nodes through radial fibers, where they will be eliminated from the inside, which will help preserve the mucosal and sphincter structures to an extremely high degree of precision.
Laser energy is used to shut down the blood supply (to nourish abnormal growth). The laser energy causes the destruction of the epithelium of the veins and at the same time the hemorrhoid accumulation disappears through the contraction effect.
Product Description
An effective, minimally invasive and relatively painless treatment of stages 2-4 abnormal hemorrhoids.
Laser energy is delivered via a designated optical fiber into the hemorrhoidal pile and is used to thermally close off the veins nourishing this abnormal growth. The laser energy induces destruction of thevenous epithelium, simultaneous obliteration of the hemorrhoidal pile by a shrinkage effect.
Product advantage
This highly compact diode laser features the combination of two wavelengths,980 nm and 1470 nm offering a variety of tissue interactions. Each wavelength can be individually selected or blended together to offer the perfect desired tissue effects such as incision, excision, vaporization, hemostasis and coagulation of soft tissue with contact or non-contact delivery options for open and endoscopic procedures. For the first time the clinicians can perform laser surgery selectively, with settings individually tailored to the tissue type and the desired tissue effects and thus corresponding to the therapeutic needs.
Indications
Hemorrhoid Surgery with Laser
Hemorrhoids are treated with medications, creams and injections in the first and second stages. Surgery is the most effective treatment for third and fourth stage hemorrhoids. Laser hemorrhoid surgery is one of the newest, safest and most effective treatment methods available today.
High patient satisfaction, less painful and reproducible methods, the possibility of recovery and return to normal life in a short time, the ability to maintain breech tissue at the highest level, and less complications make hemorrhoid surgery preferable with laser.
Depending on the patient's condition, local, general, spinal or epidural anesthesia is used to enter the enlarged hemorrhoid cushions through a thin laser probe and bleed. The probe is then retracted slowly. In the meantime, thermal damage areas are created under the mucosa and sometimes under the anoderm by laser beams of 2-4mm depth and 6-8mm width with high heat properties. In this way, internal hemorrhoids are reduced and fibrotic tissue is formed under the mucosa. In the operation, which lasts an average of 15-20 minutes, the patient is discharged after resting for 2-4 hours. After 1 day, he can return to daily life.
LHP (LaserHemorrhoidoPlasty) - for hemorrhoids
As the energy of the laser is inserted centrally into the hemorrhoidal node, the hemorrhoid can be treated according to its size without causing any damage to the anoderm or mucosa. No foreign materials are needed, and LHP is not associated with any risk of stenosis. Healing is excellent because, unlike conventional surgeries, there are no incisions or stitches.
FiLaC(Fistula-tract Laser Closure) - for anal fistulas
FiLaC® removes the fistula tract as gently as possible. Using minimally invasive laser therapy, the treatment of anal fistulas does not damage the sphincter: Any parts of the muscle are preserved to a maximum, and incontinence is avoided.
SiLaC (Sinus Pilonidalis treatment) - for sinus pilonidalis
The newest field of application for FiLaC is the treatment of sinus pilonidalis, or pilonidal cysts during the so called SiLaC treatment. Here, the laser therapie achieves excellent healing results, minimal wound surfaces, and convincing cosmetic results.
Unlike other methods, hemorrhoidoplasty does not require any foreign materials, e.g. rubber bands, staples, threads. It does not require any incisions and sewing. There is no risk of stenosis. The surgery and recovery time is shortened. Patients are not at risk of post-operative pain and can quickly return to their normal activities.
* Almost pain-free
* Daycare / 1 night stay
* Mucosa and sphincter structure fully intact -no risk of stenosis / incontinence
* No open wound, no incision/cut - less risk of infection
* No foreign clamping mechanism - no risk of vaginal mucosa being pulled in
* Procedure can be repeated or can combine with other procedure / hybrid method.

/Effective laser emission into the hemorrhoidal node
/Special conical design for efficient coagulation
/Maximized stability and durability
/Combined with special designed guiding handle
Definitive treatment of 3rd and 4th degree hemorrhoids with applying controlled laser energy achieving a shrinking and fibrotization with limiting complications and preserving anoderm and the mucous membrane resulting in restoring the natural anatomical structure. The special designed tip of fiber can be inserted into the hemorrhoid package without incision avoiding open wounds and excisions.
/Short fiber tip for enhanced access into smaller and curved tract
/Efficient use of laser energy for optimized closure
/Precise laser marking for guidance
The Fistula Probe is specially designed to be inserted into a fistula tract or pilonidal sinus to distribute the laser energy circumferentially, directly to the epithelized tissue and 360° "ringlight" energy emission ensures homogenous photothermal destruction of the fistula tract, allowing safe closure. The dedicated laser marking allows a precise positioning of the probe within the tract.

FAQ
1.Can laser remove hemorrhoids?
Hemorrhoid laser procedure (LHP) is a new laser procedure for outpatient treatment of hemorrhoids in which hemorrhoidal arterial flow feeding the hemorrhoidal plexus is stopped by laser coagulation.
2.What is the recovery time for hemorrhoid laser surgery?
The procedures are usually 6 to 8 weeks apart. The recovery time for surgical procedures that remove hemorrhoids varies. It can take 1 to 3 weeks to make a full recovery.
3.Is laser hemorrhoid removal painful?
Surgery is not recommended for small internal hemorrhoids (unless you also have large internal hemorrhoids or internal and external hemorrhoids). Lasers are often advertised as being a less painful, faster-healing method of removing hemorrhoids.
