Laser hemorrhoidoplasty is considered a minimally invasive procedure for hemorrhoid treatment.
The procedure allows the patient to achieve the best possible outcomes with minimal discomfort, rapid recovery. The patient will return to daily routine quicker with a good quality of life.
Laser hemorrhoidoplasty is a relatively new procedure for hemorrhoid treatment in which the hemorrhoidal blood flow is coagulated by the laser. Prior to procedure, patients need to be anesthetized by the anesthesiologist. Subsequently, the procedure will be conducted by the coloproctologist / colorectal surgeon, the laser probe will be inserted into the hemorrhoids. Due to an intense amount of heat, the laser beam cauterizes and seals off the blood vessels, therefore the hemorrhoid will simply shrink while reducing the risk of excessive bleeding during and after the procedure. Since laser hemorrhoidoplasty is a
precise procedure, it leaves no effect to the surrounding tissues as well as the anal sphincters.

Hemorrhoids - Laser treatment
The treatment for hemorrhoids has changed radically and no longer provokes any inconvenience or complications for the patient. In the area where the hemorrhoids are located, a very gentle intervention is performed using a special laser. The laser treatment for hemorrhoids takes only 15 minutes and is totally painless.
Laser ablation
The laser hemorrhoid ablation technique, otherwise known as laser hemorrhoidoplasty or laser obliteration, is well-established in the treatment of hemorrhoidal diseases II, III and IV grades by laser hemorrhoidal obliteration.
1. Dualwavelengths 980nm+1470nm, High Power,
2. Real laser, both wavelengths can be used simultaneously or individually.
3. Provide training, permanent technical support.
4. Provides physicians with a complete solution for procedure support. From dedicated laser, variety of fibers shape to customized treatment hand piece tools. Seeting option to treat a wide range of clinical applications to maximize results.
980nm+1470nm laser is implementing next generation minimally invasive laser technology to pioneer advanced standards in proctology treatment solutions. It provides a simple, safe and highly effective solution for the treatment of symptomatic hemorrhoids , fistulas and Pilonidal Sinus. This new approach is offering, short, minimally invasive procedure with virtually no patient downtime. It eliminates the symptoms of the pathology, while minimizing recurrences, postoperative pain, complications and adverse events such as, damage to the anal sphincter and even stenosis.
Laser ablation
How it works?
Dual wavelengths 980nm+1470nm:
980nm+1470nm implements two separate wavelengths: a 1470nm laser wavelength which specifically targets water in hemorrhoidal and fistula tissue as well as a 980nm laser wavelength targeting oxyhemoglobin in the hemorrhoidal supplying arteries. This allows for optimal ablation and coagulation of the specific treatment area using a low power energy intensity for safe treatment with minimal risk of burns. The ability to choose the appropriate wavelength for the application provide physicians the best solution and flexibility.
A laser hemorrhoid plastic surgery involves the introduction of a fiber, into the cavity of the hemorrhoid plexus and its obliteration with a light beam at the wavelength of 1470 nm. The submucosal emission of light causes shrinkage of the hemorrhoid mass, the connective tissue renews itself - the mucosa is adhered to the underlying tissues thereby eliminating the risk of the nodule prolapse. The treatment leads to the reconstruction of collagen and restores the natural anatomical structure. The procedure is performed on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia or light sedation.
Advantages of laser method
Unlike other methods, hemorrhoidoplasty does not require any foreign materials, e.g. rubber bands, staples, threads. It does not require any incisions and sewing. There is no risk of stenosis. The surgery and recovery time is shortened. Patients are not at risk of post-operative pain and can quickly return to their normal activities.
• No sutures
• No foreign materials
• No wounds or bleeding
• No pain
• Fewer potential risks and complications
• Less pain
• Rapid recovery and return to the daily routine
Why is it worth it?
The use of the laser ablation technique is more comfortable both for the patient and the doctor.
Benefits for the patient
• Painless treatments
• No risk of damage to the mucosa and sphincter
• Low risk of complications
• Reduction of tissue in the hemorrhoidal venous cushions
• Outpatient procedure or one-day surgery
• Short recovery time
Benefits for the doctor
• No need to cut
• Treatment without the use of rubber bands, staples, threads
• No need to sew
• No bleeding
• Low risk of complications
• Possibility to repeat the treatment
