YASER lasers in esthetic surgery --Laser Lipolysis "Fat Reduction"
With the YASER diode laser system, biolitec Vista GmbH presents its latest innovation in the field of laser technology for minimally invasive contour shaping: a laser procedure performed in an outpatient clinic under local anesthesia in which, via tiny incisions in the skin, fatty tissue is targeted and gently liquefied and the overlying skin is tightened. The benefits compared to conventional liposuction are: Improved skin tightening due to the laser stimulating the collagen under the skin Can also be performed in very small areas where the standard techniques are associated with esthetic risks Low blood loss due to the simultaneous laser coagulation of the small blood vessels under the skin Quicker healing and less downtime

BARE FIBER - CERTIFICATED MEDICAL FIBER Multipurpose optical fibre (0.4mm/0.6 mm/0.8mm diameter) with SMA 905 connection. It is the only medical optical fibre on the market that can be sterilized 10 times. The multiple usage reduces costs three times.
Advantages of Laser Lipolysis
With laser lipolysis carried out with the YASER, fat cells are liquefied using a very precise laser beam. The energy of the diode laser is converted into heat and this gently dissolves the fat tissue. The capillaries supplying blood and the surrounding connective tissue are also heated during the process. This heating results in immediate hemostasis and, via the regeneration of collagen fibers, leads to a visible tightening of the subcutaneous connective tissue and skin. In addition to achieving effective lipolysis, the thermal energy generated by the 980 nm diode laser contracts existing collagen and elastin fibers and stimulates the formation of new collagen for firmer, tighter-looking skin. Advantages over traditional liposuction, such as shorter recovery time, milder surgical trauma, decreased blood loss, as well as less pain, bruising, and post-surgical swelling, have been demonstrated. The improvement in elasticity and retraction of the skin promoted by laser lipolysis have made this technique an interesting alternative for defining the body's contour. Like tumescent liposuction, laser lipolysis can be performed in an outpatient setting, yielding high rates of patient satisfaction and low rates of complications.
Preoperative preparation
Laser lipolysis is the delivery of laser energy to subcutaneous tissue by an optic fiber without liposuction fiber without liposuction Laser Lipolysis procedure involves an optical fiber extending 2 mm beyond the tip of a 1 mm diameter microcannula inserted through a tiny skin incision into subcutaneous fat The optic fiber is moved tiny skin incision into subcutaneous fat. The optic fiber is moved throughout the fat in a pattern resembling the spokes of a fan.
Laser radiation pattern
YASER 980 melts unwanted fat efficiently by selectively targeting adipose fat. YASER 980 heats the water in the dermal collagento cause shrinkage and ultimately cellular re-growth prompting reduction of lines and wrinkles and providing skin tightening.
As laser energy is delivered to the tissue, the laser cauterizes blood vessels, minimizing bleeding, swelling and body trauma such as hematomas, edema and bruising as well as minimizing post-operative pain.
Treatment Range
Laser contour shaping with the YASER is especially suitable for smaller and more sensitive areas of fat that standard liposuction has hitherto been only able to treat to a limited degree. These include treatment for cheek fat, double chins, the upper abdomen, upper arms and the knee area. It is also ideally suited for treating benign adipose tumors, also called lipomas, and skin dimples, also called cellulite.
Benefits
Less post-operative swelling of the tissue Very little bleeding during the operation Clear view of the operation site Minimal side effects from the operation Outpatient treatment with local anesthetic possible Short rehabilitation time Optimum protection of the surrounding tissue Long-lasting tissue firming Few complications and only minor side effects Almost no risk of infection Practically no scarring No post-operative bleeding or edema formation (as a rule)
