Triangelaser Laseev Pro Dual Laser System i s one of the most versatile and universal medical laser in the market today. This highly compact diode laser features the combination of two wavelengths, 980 nm and 1470 nm offering a variety of tissue interactions. Each wavelength can be individually selected or blended together to offer the perfect desired tissue effects such as incision, excision, vaporization, hemostasis and coagulation of soft tissue with contact or non-contact delivery options for open and endoscopic procedures. For the first time the clinicians can perform laser surgery selectively, with settings individually tailored to the tissue type and the desired tissue effects and thus corresponding to the therapeutic needs.

Laser Use in Orthopedics & Spine

The Laseev Pro DUAL platform is based on the absorption characteristics of both 980nm and 1470nm wavelengths, which, thanks to its outstanding interaction in water and haemoglobin and moderate penetration depth into disc tissue, enables procedures to be carried out safely and accurately, especially in proximity of delicate anatomical structures. 

Microsurgical precision is guaranteed by the technical characteristics of the special PLDD laser fibers, which allow for surgical effectiveness, ease of handling, and maximum safety.
The use of flexible tactile laser fibers with core diameters of 360 micron in combination with the microsurgical PLDD enables a very precise and accurate access and intervention to sensitive areas like the cervical and lumbar disc zones on the basis of clinical therapeutic needs.
PLDD laser treatments are mostly used after non-successful conventional therapeutic options under strict MRT / CT control.

The surgical operations are carried out on an outpatient basis with local anesthesia and under strict MRI/CT-control when conservative treatment methods fail to achieve the desired healing process.

The PLDD procedure is performed under local anesthesia. A needle is inserted through the back into the area of the affected herniated disc, and a laser fiber is passed through the path of the needle, and the laser cauterizes a portion of the nucleus pulposus in the disc, creating a cavity in the nucleus pulposus and causing the disc to shrink.

The resulting effects reduces pressure on the nerves to improve pain and numbness.

1.Is the treatment painful? 

The 980/1470nm laser diode treatment for Cosmetic Gynaecology is a comfortable procedure. Being a non-ablative procedure, no superficial tissue is affected. This also means that there is no requirement for any special post-operative care.

2.How long is the treatment last? 

For complete relief, it is advised that patient undergo 4 to 6 sessions in an interval of 15 to 21 days, where each session will be 15 to 30 minutes long. The LVR treatment consists of at least 4-6 sittings with a gap of 15-20 days with the complete vaginal rehabilitation completing in 2-3 months. 

3.What is a LVR?

The LVR is a Vaginal Rejuvenation Laser Treatment. The Laser main implications include :

to correct/imporve stress urinary incontinence. Other symptoms to be treated include: vaginal dryness, burning, irritation, dryness and the sensation of pain and/oritching during sexual intercourse.
