For proctology
Our THREE laser 980nm 1470nm is one of the most advanced laser systems for Proctology, providing with a platform for operating excellent outpatient surgical procedures: local anesthesia, rapid operation, cutting without bleeding, less inflammatory response and faster recovery.
Applications of Triangelaser Laseev with dual wavelength 980nm 1470nm in proctology are mainly for soft tissue lesions such as hemorrhoids, fistulas, condyloma, etc. Cutting, vaporizing, and coagulating can be achieved for treatment by precisely controlling the laser output on tissues with cooperation of endoscope.
In proctology lasers are used commonly for the precise excision or vaporization of the hemorrhoids, Anal Fistula & Pilonidal Sinus,fissure
The result of the laser surgery is less discomfort, less medication, and faster healing. A hospital stay is generally not required. The laser is inherently therapeutic, sealing off nerves and tiny blood vessels. By sealing superficial nerve endings patients have a minimum of postoperative discomfort.
With the closing of tiny blood vessels, the proctologist is able to operate in a controlled and bloodless environment. Laser can be use alone or in combination with other modalities.
Triangelaser Dual Wavelength Laser Diode: Most Versatile Medical Laser in the Market
-----Anal Fistula and Hemorrhoids Diode Laser 1470nm 980nm
Product Description
Laseev 980nm 1470nm by Triangelaser focuses on the gentle laser treatment of hemorrhoids and fistulas
The most important feature of this laser diode is its dual wavelength which allows it to be used for a variety of tissue interactions. While the 980 nm wavelength has a great affinity for pigments like haemoglobin, the 1470 nm has great affinity for water.
This technique is safe and causes minimal pain or discomfort to the patient. Post operative recovery is faster than alternative approaches, with only few complications.
After purchase , the detailed user manual will be sent to you to show you how to set the parameters,which are provided by doctors(surgeons) who have bought and used the machine in clinical practice.All of these can help recoup costs quickly and win more customers locally!!
Minimally invasive laser therapy for Hemorrhoids
Laser HemorrhoidoPlasty
An effective, minimally invasive and relatively painless treatment of stages 2-4 abnormal hemorrhoids.
Laser energy is delivered via a designated optical fiber into the hemorrhoidal pile and is used to thermally close off the veins nourishing this abnormal growth. The laser energy induces destruction of the venous epithelium and simultaneous obliteration of
the hemorrhoidal pile by a shrinkage effect.
The LHP treatment is suitable for patients with 2nd to 4th grade hemorrhoids.
1. Compared with conventional surgical procedures, there are usually no cuts, and no tissue is removed.
2. The LHP treatment with laser radiation has the following advantages:
(1)Target-specific tissue reduction in the hemorrhoidal nodes
(2)Maximum preservation of fine continence
(3)Best possible preservation of sphincter, anoderm and membranes
(4)Quick return to everyday life activities
(5)Optional combinable with different methods of therapy
Minimally invasive laser therapy for Anal Fistulas
A minimally invasive, sphincter-saving treatment for Fistula management.
Laser energy is delivered, via a radial emitting optical fiber, into the anal fistula tract and is used to thermally ablate and close off this abnormal pathway.The laser energy induces destruction of the fistula epithelium and simultaneous obliteration of the remaining fistula tract by a shrinkage effect.The laser treatment takes only a few minutes and provides the possibility of completely sparing the enucleation of out healthy tissue.
Advantage
1. Maximum protection of the sphincter and thus preservation of continence
2. No excision or cleavage of the fistula tract necessary
3. Faster wound healing and faster return to everyday life activities
4. Optional combinable with different methods of therapy
Pilonidal Sinus Laser Treatment
The Conical Fistula Probe can be used to treat pilonidal sinus cases in a minimally invasive approach.Instead of creating an open incision, leading to a long recovery period, pain, and bleeding, the fiber can be inserted through a small incision to burn the internal cavity and close it, with minimal pain and fast recovery.
The SiLaC laser treatment is usually done while the patient is under general anesthesia and only takes about 10 minutes to perform.
During the SiLaC procedure, the surgeon inserts a tiny flexible laser probe into the inflamed coccyx fistula and as it is pulled back out it safely delivers laser energy in a 360-degree radius causing the sinus cavity to shrink and close. Sometimes it requires two passes to adequately close a badly infected cavity.
The pilonidal cyst treatment is much less invasive than traditional surgery and also offers:
1. Very little pain;
2. Short time under general anesthesia;
3. Minimal wound area;
4. Speedy recovery;
5. Safely removes inflamed tissue and excess hair to prevent reoccurence.
Laser Anal Fissure Treatment
A fissurectomy by laser is the removal of the fissure. The laser is used to perform internal sphincterotomy. This procedure is almost bloodless and the surgeon has good control over the operation site. Additionally, the chronic fibrosed scar is debrided with the laser. This prevents any long term discomfort and enables a quicker recovery.
This procedure is so simple , it needs less than five minutes to complete it. It is done without an incision, stitches, or complicated surgery with simple local anesthesia. Most patients are back to their work on the same day and 90% of the pain is immediately gone, the rest of the 10% will need few weeks to disappear once the body forms a good thick skin layer over the fissure. In most cases, we, almost always, combine this treatment with laser ablation to the patient's internal hemorrhoids blood supply. This will assure a healthy and normal anal canal and prevent the development of further complications down the road.
Advantage
1.No scar, no suture.
2.Your muscles and skin in the anal area will be protected from a trauma.
3.It wont be a problem if you have a systematical diseases like diabetes or exc. because we don't use a general or spinal anesthetics.

LHP (LaserHemorrhoidoPlasty) - for hemorrhoids
As the energy of the laser is inserted centrally into the hemorrhoidal node, the hemorrhoid can be treated according to its size without causing any damage to the anoderm or mucosa. No foreign materials are needed, and LHP is not associated with any risk of stenosis. Healing is excellent because, unlike conventional surgeries, there are no incisions or stitches.
FiLaC(Fistula-tract Laser Closure) - for anal fistulas
FiLaC® removes the fistula tract as gently as possible. Using minimally invasive laser therapy, the treatment of anal fistulas does not damage the sphincter: Any parts of the muscle are preserved to a maximum, and incontinence is avoided.
SiLaC (Sinus Pilonidalis treatment) - for sinus pilonidalis
The newest field of application for FiLaC is the treatment of sinus pilonidalis, or pilonidal cysts during the so called SiLaC treatment. Here, the laser therapie achieves excellent healing results, minimal wound surfaces, and convincing cosmetic results.

FAQ
1.Can laser remove hemorrhoids?
Hemorrhoid laser procedure (LHP) is a new laser procedure for outpatient treatment of hemorrhoids in which hemorrhoidal arterial flow feeding the hemorrhoidal plexus is stopped by laser coagulation.
2.What is the recovery time for hemorrhoid laser surgery?
The procedures are usually 6 to 8 weeks apart. The recovery time for surgical procedures that remove hemorrhoids varies. It can take 1 to 3 weeks to make a full recovery.
3.Is laser hemorrhoid removal painful?
Surgery is not recommended for small internal hemorrhoids (unless you also have large internal hemorrhoids or internal and external hemorrhoids). Lasers are often advertised as being a less painful, faster-healing method of removing hemorrhoids.
