Fat Removal lLipolaser Slimming Machine 980nm 1470nm Diode Laser Lipolisis Vaser Liposuction Laser Fiberlift Laser
Liposuction is a laser lipolysis procedure that utilizes laser technologies for liposuction and body sculpting. Laser lipo is becoming more and more popular as a minimally invasive surgical procedure to enhance body contour that far surpasses traditional liposuction in terms of safety and aesthetic outcomes in part because of its ability to spur collagen production along with skin tightening in treated areas of the body.
--Laser Lipolysis "Fat Reduction"
THE BEST NON-SURGICAL TREATMENT
TO BOOST SKIN RESTRUCTURING
AND REDUCE CUTANEOUS LAXITY.
Fiberlift IS A MINIMALLY INVASIVE MEDICAL LASER TREATMENT THAT USES EUFOTON INNOVATIVE LASEMAR 1470 TO STIMULATE BOTH DEEP AND SUPERFICIAL LAYERS
OF THE SKIN.
TIGHTEN AND RETRACT THE CONNECTIVE SEPTUM,
AND STIMULATE NEW DERMAL COLLAGEN FORMATION.
How does it work?
The Fiberlift treatment is only medical and it is always performed in day surgery.
Specifc single-use micro optical fbers, a bit thinner than a hair ( Fiber-to-Fiber), are easily
inserted under the skin into the superfcial hypodermis.
Fiberlift does not require incisions or anesthesia and usually, only a localized air cooling system is used to reduce any minor discomfort. In any case, it's up to the physician's experience to decide, according to the patient's needs, to use a small amount of anesthetic to help the fber entering under the skin painlessly.
The procedure does not involve long recovery times and the patient immediately returns to his usual activities.
Results are not only immediate and long-term, but continue to improve for several months following the procedure, as additional collagen builds in the deep layers of the skin.
As with all procedures in aesthetic medicine, the response and the duration of the effect depends on each patient and, if the physician deems it necessary, Fiberlift can be repeated with no collateral effects.
With the Laseev diode laser system, biolitec Vista GmbH presents its latest innovation
in the field of laser technology for minimally invasive contour shaping: a laser procedure
performed in an outpatient clinic under local anesthesia in which, via tiny incisions in the
skin, fatty tissue is targeted and gently liquefied and the overlying skin is tightened.
The benefits compared to conventional liposuction are: Improved skin tightening due to
the laser stimulating the collagen under the skin Can also be performed in very small
areas where the standard techniques are associated with esthetic risks Low blood loss
due to the simultaneous laser coagulation of the small blood vessels under the skin Quicker
healing and less downtime.

Fiberlift
Fiberlift is a minimally invasive outpatient laser procedure used in endo-tissutal (interstitial) aesthetic medicine. The laser treatment is performed with the latest Laseev Yaser (certified and approved by the American for laser assisted liposuction).
Fiberlift has multiple purposes: the remodeling of both deep and superficial layers of the skin, toning, the retraction of connective septums, the stimulation of collagen production and, when necessary, the reduction of excessive fat.
The main activity of Fiberlift is promoting skin tightening, in other words the retraction and reduction of skin laxity thanks to the activation of neo-collagenesis and of metabolic functions in the extra cellular matrix.
The skin tightening created by Fiberlift is strictly linked to the selectivity of the laser beam used, that is, to the specific interaction of the laser light which selectively hits two of the main targets of the human body: water and fat.

Protocol of the procedure
1.Patient Preparation
When the patient arrives at the facility on the day of the Liposuction, they'll be asked to privately disrobe and put on a surgical gown.
Body examination and marking:
Desinfecting the Target Areas
Once in the operating room, the target areas will be thoroughly disinfected.
2.Anesthesia
Tumescent Anesthesia
Using a special cannula (hollow tube), the doctor infuses the target area with the tumescent anesthetic solution which contains a mixture of lidocaine, epinephrine, and other substances. The tumescent solution will numb the entire target area to be treated.
3.fiber ready and setting,Fiberlift Micro optical fbers are available in two kinds: bare and radial.
We offers several calibers depending on the area to treat: 200 - 300 - 400 - 600 -800 micron.
(micro optical fbers, that are easily inserted, without any incisions, under the skin directly in the superfcial hypodermis, creating a micro-tunnel orientated along the anti-gravitational vectors and, after the treatment, the fbers are removed.)
4.Insertion of a bare fiber or cannula with a fiber.
While passing through the dermis, these micro optical fbers act like an intradermal light path and transmit laser energy, offering signifcant, visible results.
The procedure involves minimal to no downtime and it does not have the pain or recovery time
that is associated with surgical procedures.
Patients can return to work and normal activity within a few hours.
The wavelength of LASER (1470nm) has an ideal interaction with water and fat, which activates neo-collagenesis and the metabolic functions in theextracellular matrix. This results in skin retraction and tightening.
5.quick forward and backward move cannula creates channels and septum in fat tissue Speed
is around 10 cm per second .
(Results are both immediate and long-term. The area will continue to improve for several months following the Fiberlift procedure as additional collagen builds in the deep layers of the skin. )
6.Completion of the procedure: applying a fixation bandage
ADVANTAGES OF Fiberlift LASER LIPOLYSIS:
Only one session.
Outpatient treatment.
No incisions.
No or minimum convalescence.
Safe, visible and immediate results.
Long-term effect.
Anesthesia is not necessary, air cooling system is sufcient.
Possibility of therapeutic combination with several aesthetic treatments i.g. fractional non-ablative laser
(LIGHTSCAN)
Q: Does lipolysis require general anesthesia or only local anesthesia?
A: According to the treatment area: For large-area lipolysis, the operation time is long,
and general anesthesia can be selected, which can not only avoid the discomfort caused
by the operation, but also reduce the fear of the operation. For example, for local lipolysis,
the operation time is short, and local anesthesia can be used, which generally does not
cause too much pain. The specific method can be determined by the patient according to
the individual's circumstances by consulting the doctor.
Q: How many days does it take after double chin surgery?
A: Regarding double chin liposuction: the sutures can be removed generally within seven
days after the operation, but if the normal care is not done, the recovery time will be prolonged.
If you take care of it properly, it will fully recover in about 7 days, which seems natural. In the
early stages of surgery, it is also important to avoid foods such as peppers, because these foods
can affect local healing. At the same time, wear a mask on time as recommended by your doctor
to prevent local sagging. In addition, if there is severe swelling, it can be reduced by wet
compresses, but be careful not to contaminate the wound.
